Fillings:
5-6 medium-sized potatoes; 2 medium-sized onions; a bunch of parsley; 1 tbsp of pepper paste, 1 tbsp of tomato paste; 1/4 cup of olive oil; salt, black pepper and red pepper flakes.
Preparation and Cooking:
